For Winter transition, Cosmo & Donato are giving the traditional poncho its comeuppance.  Often overlooked, the word "poncho" may conjure notions of military surplus or Sonny & Cher.  We explored what it would really look like to reinvent this overlooked staple.  Admittedly, we took some creative liberties by updating the square with a head opening, adding a center front opening and hood for a fashion statement that doesn't sacrifice urban practicality.  

Above, Jay wears "Winter Wise Man".  This hooded poncho is trimmed in vegan leather fringe, and lined with a reflective-threaded striped stretch satin.  The shell is a plush brocade chenille with jacquard embroidered roses, clear sequins, and sewn-down applique embellishments of gold beading and stones.  Faux leather fringe border the hemlines and hood. The reverse side is a channel-stripe textured satin, with metallic silver threading.

True to form: you'll notice an even-handed dose of ornate opulence shared across Comso & Donato's caped-ponchos.
